An FIR has been registered against 150 people, including Union Minister Ashwini Kumar Choubey and BJP leader Rana Pratap Singh, for violating the Model Code of conduct.<br /><br />Union Minister Ashwini Kumar Choubey misbehaved with Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) KK Upadhyay in Bihar's Buxar after he tried to stop his convoy that violated the model code for including vehicles more than the limited number allowed.
